1. Bookings & Appointments

• All bookings are subject to availability.
• You must provide accurate contact details to confirm your appointment.
• We reserve the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

2. Pricing & Quotations

• All prices quoted are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
• Quotations include materials, delivery, and installation unless specified.
• Price Promise applies to like-for-like written quotes only.

3. Cancellations

• You must notify us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule.
• Late cancellations may be subject to a fee to cover lost time and travel.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment must be made in full upon completion of fitting unless pre-arranged.
• We accept card, bank transfer, and approved finance options where available.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Fitting is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of installation.
• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and flooring as specified.
• We are not liable for pre-existing floor conditions or incorrect measurements not taken by our team.

6. Website Use

• All content on this site is owned by BookMyCarpet and may not be copied or reused without permission.
• We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
